We open Monday to Saturday and we are available via our main office number 7 days-a-week for viewings. The business owners are Sue Downie and Michael Wallington and they are supported by an enthusiastic team including Sharon Clinch and Anna Rawlins.
Our offices are ideally based in the historic Market Town of Faversham where we are easily accessible and able to cover the towns, villages and country areas of the northern half of East Kent. The area we cover includes all the towns and villages of Swale, the Cathedral City of Canterbury with its many sought after villages and many other areas from time to time.
Our range of property is well known for including homes often not available at chains of estate agents. We offer many homes ranging from apartments and terraced cottages, ideal for first time buyers, to Period Listed property of all sizes and price ranges.
In the villages and country areas we offer a similar variety of property with all the benefits of a more rural environment. Often we can offer homes with land, some suitable for equestrian use, and many will have delightful, and sometimes spectacular, country views.
